Jimbaran, Bali (April 2023) AYANA Resort, the largest integrated resort in Bali, has announced the appointment of Giordano Faggioli as its new general manager, effective April 2023. With an impressive background in luxury hospitality, Giordano will provide strategic leadership to the senior management and operations teams. He will be responsible for overseeing the business strategies and operations of the AYANA Estate four iconic properties’ AYANA Villas Bali, AYANA Segara Bali, AYANA Resort Bali, and RIMBA by AYANA Bali, along with its 26 dining destinations, 15 meeting venues, 15 iconic wedding chapels, and the world-class 22,000 sqm AYANA Spa. This iconic destination, located in the southern part of Bali, is set to continue providing a luxury experience to guests under Giordano's leadership.

Giordano Faggioli's career in the luxury hospitality industry spans over two decades, during which he has held various pivotal positions and garnered a wealth of experience. He began his career with the renowned luxury hotel chain, such as, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts,
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, which saw him successfully lead and manage the hotels' teams and operations.
In 2009, Giordano joined the AYANA brand as Executive Chef. Following his success as Executive Chef, Giordano was appointed Director of Food and Beverage at AYANA, where he was responsible for overseeing the resort's food and beverage operations, including the creation and implementation of innovative concepts that enhanced the guest experience. In 2017, Giordano was promoted to the position of Hotel Manager at RIMBA by AYANA Bali, a 403-room family resort inside the AYANA Estate, where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort. In this position, he played a vital role in the resort's continued success, leading the team to deliver exceptional service and experiences to guests.
