AYANA Hospitality Group proudly announces exciting updates to AYANA Rewards, its loyalty program, designed to further elevate the guest experience with enhanced benefits and a range of exclusive privileges. Inviting members to unlock a world of indulgence, comfort and convenience, AYANA Rewards extends its benefits across the group’s award-winning properties in Bali, Jakarta, and Komodo — including on AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach’s luxury yacht, AYANA Lako di'a.
With over 200,000 members and growing, AYANA Rewards offers personalized and refined services to those seeking exceptional experiences at some of the most breathtaking destinations in Indonesia. Along with the new additions, the program continues to provide members with unique benefits such as room, dining and spa discounts, preferential room upgrades, and complimentary wellness activities.
New Program Features
Among the latest updates to AYANA Rewards, members will now enjoy a broader selection of enhanced privileges:
- Welcome Gift: A special welcome gift is now offered to all Gold and Platinum members on arrival, enhancing the personalized approach for which AYANA is renowned.
- Dining Discounts: Expanded dining discounts across all participating properties include up to 20% off at select restaurants for Platinum members and up to 15% off at select restaurants for Silver and Gold members.
- Late Check-out: Members of the Gold and Platinum tiers will benefit from extended late check-out times, up to 16:00 for Gold members and 18:00 for Platinum members, providing additional flexibility and comfort.
- Spa & Wellness Benefits: Platinum members now receive an additional 30-minute massage with any purchase at AYANA Spa at AYANA Resort, Bali, while Gold members receive a 15-minute massage extension.
- Green Fee Discounts: Members now enjoy greater savings on green fees at Riverside Golf Club, Indonesia’s most stunning 18-hole championship course set along the Cikeas River in West Java, with discounts ranging from 15% for Silver members to 40% for Platinum members.
AYANA Rewards Tiers and Eligibility
AYANA Rewards is free to join and features three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Guests can upgrade to Gold with 20 nights or 8,000 points and to Platinum with 50 nights or 20,000 points.
Flexible Point Redemption
AYANA Rewards also offers flexible redemption options, enabling members to use their points for free stays at participating AYANA properties, as well as spa treatments, dining experiences, and even conversion to KrisFlyer Miles, Singapore Airlines’ frequent flier program. The Pay-with-Points feature, available exclusively through the AYANA Booking Website, allows members to combine points with other payment methods, giving them greater flexibility when booking their next stay.
